Alcoy, the town where I was born, is situated in the province of Alicante. It is a small city of 60.000 inhabitants, surrounded by mountains and ravines. Maybe due to the fact that wherever you look you see mountains, I felt the need to see what was over them.
The first time I traveled alone, I was 16 years old. I went to England one summer to practice the language and stayed with a family in Newcastle. And then I was forever addicted to traveling.
